Our Store Refund’s Policy

Full priced goods can be returned in perfect re-sellable condition for a refund within 28 days of purchase with a valid till receipt.

Any goods reduced from its original price must be returned within 7 days of purchase with a valid till receipt in order to receive a refund. We will offer an exchange only on reduced goods with a receipt returned within 7 to 28 days of purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or an exchange if the product is not faulty and cannot be sold again in the condition it was purchased in.

What we can’t refund

Unfortunately, we can’t offer refunds or exchanges, unless faulty, on the following items: 

  • Hats 
  • Earrings 
  • Hosiery 
  • Quilts/Duvets 
  • Pillows 
  • Lingerie special orders 
  • Lingerie products without the manufacturer’s tickets attached
