Refund Policy:

Full priced goods, purchased outside of 4/11/24 to 24/12/24, can be returned with all tickets attached and in perfect re-sellable condition for a refund within 28 days of purchase with a valid till receipt.

Any goods reduced from its original price must be returned within 7 days of purchase with all original tickets attached and a valid till receipt in order to receive a refund. We will offer an exchange only on reduced goods with a receipt within 28 days of purchase.

Christmas Policy for purchases between 4/11/24 & 24/12/24:

Full priced goods purchased between Sunday 4th November and Tuesday 24th December can be returned with all tickets attached and in perfect re-sellable condition for a refund by Saturday 4th January 2025 with a valid till receipt.

Any goods reduced from its original price must be returned within 7 days of purchase with all original tickets attached and a valid till receipt in order to receive a refund. We will offer an exchange only on reduced goods with a receipt returned by Saturday 4th January 2025

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or an exchange if the product is not faulty and cannot be sold again in the condition it was purchased in.

What we can’t refund

Unfortunately, we can’t offer refunds or exchanges, unless faulty, on the following items: 

• Hats without our "Do Not Remove label"
• Earrings 
• Hosiery 
• Quilts/Duvets 
• Pillows 
• Lingerie special orders 
• Any products in good condition without the manufacturer’s tickets attached & packaging included
